At Zaavi Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item is not from a non-returnable category (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perfumes and fragrances (once opened)
- Personal care and beauty products (once opened or used)
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Return Process

- Share your order details and the reason for the return with photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Policy
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as:
- Exchange: We will send a replacement product at no extra charge (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases.
- Bank Transfer: In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 0339-5364494 with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
