At Zaavi Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not from a non-returnable category (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perfumes and fragrances (once opened)
  • Personal care and beauty products (once opened or used)
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Return Process

  2. Share your order details and the reason for the return with photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Policy

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as:

  • Exchange: We will send a replacement product at no extra charge (subject to availability).
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases.
  • Bank Transfer: In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 0339-5364494 with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
