✅ 7-Day Return Policy

Aap delivery ke 7 calendar days ke andar return request kar sakte hain, agar:

• Product damaged ya defective mila ho
• Wrong item deliver hua ho
• Product description se bilkul alag ho

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Yeh items return nahi ho sakte:

• Items jo use ho chuke hon ya packaging remove ho gayi ho (except defective)
• Beauty, skincare, aur personal hygiene products (hygiene reasons)
• Digital products aur software
• Sale ya clearance items (unless defective)

📋 Return Process

2. Order number aur issue describe karen with photos if possible
3. Hum return approve karenge aur pickup/drop-off arrange karenge
4. Product receive hone ke baad refund process hoga

💰 Refunds

Refund approve hone ke baad 3–5 working days mein process hoga via:

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa
• Store Credit (optional)

COD orders pe cash refund courier ya bank transfer ke through hoga.
