Orders are confirmed after verification call or WhatsApp confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method
We also accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are unavailable

3. Delivery

Free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000
Delivery time: 2–5 working days (major cities), 3–7 working days (other areas)
Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons
Zaavi Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events

4. Returns & Refunds
